Return Policy

Effective June 4, 2013

RETURNS:
To receive a full refund or exchange of your purchase price, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase directly from Head Pro Tech, LLC. All items must be returned in brand new, sellable condition and in the original packaging. Items returned or exchanged after 14 days but before 30 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from purchase date.

Merchandise not in the current product line or current Snell certification standard will not be accepted. A return authorization number must be issued before we will accept any returns. If we do not issue an authorization number, whatever you have returned will be shipped back to you, at your expense. All returned items must include a note listing your contact information and the RA number. To get a Return Authorization number, please call (800) 959-7464.

All approved returns or size exchanges must be sent to Head Pro Tech, LLC in the original undamaged packaging, otherwise they are subject to a $15.00 fee to cover the labor and cost to repackage the item.

Timeframe:

Condition/Current Product Line:

  • All items must be in brand new, sellable condition and in their original packaging with all original parts included
  • Merchandise not in the current product line or current Snell certification standard will not be accepted

Return Procedure:

  • To return or exchange an item, you must call (800) 959-7464 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Before calling, ensure your item meets the above timeframe within 30 days
  • The Return Authorization Number will be cancelled if the merchandise is not returned within 30 days
  • If we do not issue you an authorization number, whatever you have returned will be shipped back to you, at your expense

If you purchased your Head Pro Tech helmet through an authorized dealer, any return of product for credit or exchange must be processed through the dealer that sold you the product and will be subject to their returns policy.
